Indian Skills: Jalebi

I saw the post on Indian cuisine and thought I would contribute. As my specialty in cuisine is International-Classic, Indian food falls into a much loved spot for me. Part of Indian cuisine is called Mathai or "Sweet" Which can be anything from reduced milk curds (Milk Cake, most "Burfies") to vinegar and soda leavened pastries such as these, which are called Jalebi. (or Hamardi, depending on the flour) I can make this stuff, but not like this. This dude's got skills.
