Back in 1992 when this movie hit our screens, guns blazing, it was a sensation. Quentin Tarantino was inspired by "The Killing" (1956) for the flashback style, "The Taking of Pelham One Two Three" (1974) for the use of names such as Mr White, and many other movies.
