Sick Aces REVEALED!!!!!

I take a shuffled deck and have a spectator cut it into four piles then the spectator picks a random deck and takes the first three cards off top and puts it underneath the deck does this to the three others also. Then at the end all the cards on top of the deck are the four aces!!!!!!!!!!!!
