Underwear Thief Arrested In Okayama

A 46-year-old man was recently arrested in Okayama Prefecture for stealing women’s underwear. The police searched his apartment and found a huge collection of underwear, which they put on display for the press. The collection consists of 1,666 articles of women’s underwear, and the man has confessed to have built up the collection through hundreds of separate thefts.
