El Bulli

Many consider it the The Best Restaurant in the world. Far outside Barcelona Spain, along the coast, is this small 3-star Michelin restaurant run by the chef Ferran Adria. The restaurant accomodates only 8,000 diners each April-Sept season. Reservations are taken on a single day in October for the entire following year; in 2007, 800,000 people tried to get those 8,000 spots. The food is a unique combination of singular freshness, chemistry and artistry. It's unlike any food you have ever seen.
