This is Eejanaika in Japan. This Coaster is a "4th dimension" coaster where the seats will rotate forwards and backwards while the train continues on the track. It is not the first 4th dimension coaster, "X" (now "X2") in Six Flags Magic Mountain in California was the first coaster to feature this extreme feature.
